1. Terms and Conditions of Use

1.1.This page details the terms and conditions on which FOM London supply any of the FOM London Skincare products listed on our website fomlondonskincare.com/co.uk.  Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any product from our site.  Please ensure that you understand these terms and conditions prior to making a purchase from us as by ordering goods from us you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

2. Content

2.1.The Website is owned and operated by FOM Cosmetics UK Ltd./FOM London.  The design and content featured on the Website, including images, artwork, graphics, photography and text are copyrights and controlled or licensed by FOM London Skincare.  The site is protected by copyright and all worldwide rights, titles and interests are reserved.

3. Making a purchase

3.1.By ordering any item from us you confirm that you are over 18 years of age.

3.2.Making a purchase is very easy.  Just browse our online shop, choose an item and click on Add to basket. You can then choose whether to continue shopping or proceed to complete your purchase and pay.

3.3.Before you submit your order you will be given the opportunity to review your selection, check the total price of your order and correct any errors.

3.4.We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions of sale to alter prices at any time

3.5. It is highly advisable that you check carefully the quantity of goods that you order from us. We will deliver what you order. Whilst you have a right of cancellation you must pay for the delivery costs back to us.

3.6.Payment can be made by PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay. Payment will be debited and must be cleared from your account before your order is processed and dispatched. Please note that we retain the legal ownership of all purchases until full payment has been made by you and received by us.

If you are a new FOM London Skincare customer, we welcome you! You don’t need to register to make a purchase. You can browse our shop, select the items you wish to purchase and complete your merchandise as a Guest. This option will be offered to you at the checkout page.

4.      Availability, prices and information on products

4.1.All products offered for sale by FOM London are subject to availability. The price of the products shall be the price listed in UK pounds sterling on the website on the date of your order (inclusive of VAT). All prices displayed on the website must be paid in full, including delivery charges, except where complimentary shipping is offered as detailed on Delivery and Returns page.

5. Free Gifts

5.1. If your order qualifies for a free gift this will automatically be sent to your with your purchase.

6. Lost or Damaged Goods

6.1 In the event of any Goods being lost or damaged in transit please retain the goods (where damaged) and contact us immediately, by email to [email protected]. We will require a photographic evidence for damaged goods within 24 hours of receipt. For lost items, although we will investigate immediately but it may take up to 25 days to issue a full refund subject to our Terms and Conditions of sale. We will endeavour to resolve all issues with damaged items within 7 working days from the date of contacting us.

7. Cancellations Rights

7.1. If after placing an order you change your mind, you are entitled to cancel your order under the distance selling regulation within 24 hours of it being placed, subject to the goods not having already left the FOM London premises. To cancel an order you need to contact us by email on [email protected].

7.2 If you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us in its original condition and original packaging, sealed and intact within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the goods if you send us a written notification by email. We highly recommend that your parcel is returned with a proof of posting. We regret we cannot reimburse the cost of postage unless the items are faulty or delivered in incorrectly. We will refund or exchange your purchase once it is received by us. Refunds will only be made to the PayPal credit or debit card on which the purchase was made.  Your statutory rights are not affected.
